Our Complimentary Gift-Wrapping Service

Your baby gift is beautifully presented and accompanied by a gift card with your personal message.  Baby gift baskets are elegantly gift- wrapped and tied with a large bow.  Smaller baby gift items are presented in a gift bag or elegantly wrapped in gift paper depending on size.  All gifts are given protective packaging to ensure that they reach the recipient in excellent condition.

 Non-personalised Baby Gifts

All non-personalised baby gift orders placed before 12.30pm Monday-Thursday only, will normally be dispatched the same day,  and will be sent via a recorded signature delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, or other courier if more appropriate. Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the gift. * If there is no one at home a 'while you were out' card will be left with a telephone number to call to arrange for a re-delivery. 

Orders received after 12.30pm will be deemed as having been placed the next day, and will fall into the delivery terms of the next working day.Non-personalised baby gift orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Personalised Baby Gift Baskets 

All personalised/embroidered baby gift baskets will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website.

General Delivery Information

*It is the customers sole responsibilty to ensure that they have given the correct postal delivery address for their order.  Basket From Heaven Limited is not liable for any orders that are delivered late, or that get lost in the postal or courier system due to an incorrect address or a partial address being supplied to us by the customer.

The full delivery address that you wish your order to be sent to must be entered in to Basket From Heaven's Delivery Address field before checkout. If you are unsure of an address we recommend that you please doublecheck with the recipient or visit www.royalmail.com to help confirm the postal address and postcode.

There will be no deliveries available on Bank Holidays and during Public Holidays.  Orders placed on or near to public holidays may take longer to arrive. Please contact us if you wish to place an order during these periods, for details of the next available delivery date. 

If it is known that delivery, or dispatch will differ from the normally expected times shown above, then this will be clearly stated on the website, along with the expected dispatch date.  It will then be the Customer's informed decision whether they wish proceed with their order.  By choosing to proceed with an order in this circumstance, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the extended delivery time.

Delivery times cannot be specified, but standard delivery will normally be between 8am -6pm on the day of delivery.

Basket From Heaven Limited cannot be held liable for any late, or early deliveries by Royal Mail or any other carrier. Basket From Heaven Limited will not be held responsible for any delays caused by any manufacturer, carrier or any other third party.

Premium Rate Delivery Service
Should you require a same day, or a weekend delivery please contact us by telephone and we will endeavour to help. Same day or weekend deliveries will incur a premium rate delivery charge which will be paid by the Customer. If you require a premium delivery service please contact us for a quotation. The charge will vary depending on the delivery address and weight of the parcel, and the extra cost will be added to your order.

Cancellation of an order

Due to our express delivery service it is imperative that you inform us immediately should you wish to cancel your order. 

Cancellation for all orders placed should be done by telephoning 01206 844000 as soon as possible on the day the order was placed. Should the Customer be unable to make contact by telephone then Basket From Heaven Limited must  have received a cancellation notification e-mail before the item was dispatched or the item has been personalised .  E-mail should be sent to: basketfromheaven@btinternet.com  

* A charge of 5%  of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the card refund administration cost.

*If a gift basket has already been personalised before we have received cancellation then an additional charge of £8.99 will be deducted to cover the cost of the un-saleable whicker gift basket. 

***We always endeavour to dispatch all orders very quickly and unfortunately cancellation is not possible under any circumstance if an order has already been dispatched.***

If an order has already been dispatched,  then should the customer still wish to gain a refund it is their responsibility to liase with their gift recipient and organise for the entire gift to be returned in original condition with all labels and packaging intact. Basket From Heaven Limited is not liable for the cost of the return, and it is the customer's responsibility to obtain a proof of posting for the return of their order. 

Refunds will only be made if our Customer Returns Policy has been adhered to properly.  Cancellations will be subject to a 5% admin fee to cover the card refund administration cost, and if a gift basket has been personalised then an additional charge of £8.99 will be deducted to cover the cost of the un-saleable whicker gift basket. 

Please view our complete Customer Returns Policy which is listed in our Terms and Conditions Section.  Returns for any reason other than faulty goods will be refunded minus the actual cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery Postage for the order which will vary according to the weight of the parcel, and a 5% admin fee to cover the card refund administration costs, and if the gift basket has been personalised £8.99 extra will be deducted to cover the cost of the un-saleable whicker gift basket.
